KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan Speaks on Azerbaijan İctimai Television
Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan evaluated the Assembly of Turcology and the common values of the Turkic World on Azerbaijan İctimai Television.
During the program, conducted by press secretary Orhan Fikretoğlu from the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, Prof. Dr. Ceylan drew attention to Manas University’s leading role in the field of higher education in Central Asia. He also invited Azerbaijani youth to study at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, which offers free education opportunities.
