For Students Moving into the Dormitory
Dear students!
To undergo a medical examination and move into the dormitory, you must provide the following documents:
1. The result of a lung fluorography or chest X-ray with a doctor's conclusion and an X-ray image (film or digital image) taken within the last 3 months. The examination can be completed at your place of residence or at the following medical facilities:
FHC No. 6 — 75 Zhukeev-Pudovkin St., Bishkek;
"Yrys zhana Den Sooluk" Medical Center — 1A Baitik Baatyr St., Bishkek;
"YURFA" Clinic — 135 Toktogul St., Bishkek; as well as at other medical facilities.
2. For foreign citizens — the result of an HIV test.
The test can be taken at the Center for Prevention and Control of AIDS at: 8 Logvinenko St., Bishkek, at your place of residence, or at other state or private laboratories.
3. For students with disabilities — a copy of the document confirming the disability.
It is mandatory to provide a Medical Advisory Commission conclusion. If available, it is also recommended to attach an extract from the medical history.
4. A student certificate or student ID card.
Please prepare all necessary documents in advance to avoid delays during the medical examination and dormitory check-in process.
