On February 21, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, a program titled "Crowning Ceremony" was held at the Faculty of Theology at KTMU. The event was organized by Lecturer Mirgul Bekmurzayeva and was dedicated to female students of the faculty and their parents. The aim of this program was to strengthen the students' love and devotion to the Holy Quran while also offering spiritual motivation to their parents and relatives.
The program began with a Quran recitation by second-year student Orozbek Beyshanaliev. The opening speeches were delivered by the faculty secretary, Rufiya Hisamutdinova, and the wife of our esteemed rector, Professor Dr. Nezahat Ceylan. The event continued with an introduction video about the Quran, religious hymns, and a Q&A game. Later, 47 female students participating in the event were crowned and presented with a copy of the Holy Quran as a gift from the faculty. Additionally, second-year students celebrated their peers' transition to Quranic studies by offering gifts.
This event, attended by female students and their parents, attracted nearly 120 participants. The wife of the esteemed rector, Professor Dr. Nezahat Ceylan, expressed her great satisfaction with the event and stated that she was always happy to support the students. At the end of the program, all participants and guests were served a cake and tea.
