On October 28, 2022, Prof. Dr. Mehmet TAKKAÇ presented the seminar titled "Basic Issues in Foreign Language Learning." It was primarily emphasized, that the perception that "learning of foreign language is a difficult process" should be broken. The speaker stated, that the learning process requires a great determination, so this determination also applies to foreign language learning. Takkac emphasized importance of motivation for the learner, so that if the learner does not lose his motivation, he will definitely achieve success.
