KTMU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Organizes Educational Visit to Chabrets Farm
On October 14, 2026, faculty members of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) visited Chabrets Farm to assess animal health and livestock management practices on-site.
The visit was attended by Prof. Dr. İsmail Sen, Dean of the KTMU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tunahan Sancak; and veterinarian Nur Abdımanap Uulu. Discussions focused on animal health, farm management, biosecurity measures, and productivity-related issues. During meetings with farm managers and veterinarians working at the facility, scientific and professional recommendations were shared to address the existing challenges.
The visit is expected to contribute to strengthening cooperation between the KTMU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and livestock enterprises, facilitating the exchange of academic knowledge and practical field experience, and developing solution-oriented approaches to the challenges faced by the farm.
