Dean of the Faculty of Tourism at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Featured on Sputnik Kyrgyzstan Radio
Professor Nurudin Kydyraliev, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, appeared as a guest on Sputnik Kyrgyzstan Radio to discuss the traditional beverages that have been consumed by the Kyrgyz people for centuries.
During the program, he spoke about the history and origins of traditional drinks such as kumis, jarma, maksym, bozo, as well as their preparation methods, health benefits, and their important role in the daily life and cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people.
Professor Kydyraliev emphasized that these traditional beverages represent not only an essential part of Kyrgyz cuisine but also a valuable reflection of the nation's history, lifestyle, and cultural identity
