We joined the National Cookery Camp Mengen IV.


Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University (KTMU) Members of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Culinary School Alumni Association (ASOMD) attended the camp organized in coordination.

KTMU was the only international institution of education among the many universities participating in the cookery camp.

Cooking School Alumni Association cookery universities providing education in Turkey, gastronomy and training, continued their students in programs such as culinary arts, academics and chefs bring together, to improve their vision with various activities and professional skills, and every year in order to contribute to the Turkish culinary training is organizing this camp.

300 people participated in the 8th cookery camp organized for the fourth time this year. The chefs shared the kitchen secrets with the participants.
