Master class-Steak


On December 9, 2019, at the invitation of Sapargul Turdubekova, a senior lecturer of the Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts Department, Chef of the Tyubeteika restaurant, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Chefs of Kyrgyzstan, Andrey Burenko, held a master class on cooking steaks. Students were introduced to the types and characteristics of steaks such as T-bone Steak, Rye Bay Steak, Filet Mignon and Sirloin Steak. At the end of the master class, the students were able to enjoy the taste of steaks prepared by a professional.
