On December 1, 2021, a member of the Association of Chefs of Kyrgyzstan, chief of the Iygiliktuu Charba enterprise, Ilkhom Ikramov myrza, held an interesting master class T-bone steak, Rye Bay Steak within the framework of the subject “Technology of cooking”.
