On December 1, 2021, a member of the Association of Chefs of Kyrgyzstan, chief of the Iygiliktuu Charba enterprise, Ilkhom Ikramov myrza, held an interesting master class T-bone steak, Rye Bay Steak within the framework of the subject “Technology of cooking”. The chef talked about the nuances and peculiarities of steak preparation. At the end of the lesson, the students ate a steak prepared by a professional.
