STEAK MASTER KLASS (22/11/2022)


November 22, 2022. Ilkhom Ikramov, member of the Association of Chefs of Kyrgyzstan, head chef of the fast food restaurant chain “Saffran”, conducted an interesting master class T-bone steak, Rye Bay Steak as part of the subject “Technology of cooking”. The chef told about the nuances and peculiarities of steak cooking. At the end of the class, the students tasted a steak cooked by a professional.
