November 24, 2022: The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, with the invitation of Sapargul Turdubekova, organized a 'Masterclass on Meat Dishes' as part of the Culinary Practices II course. The President of the Kyrgyzstan Chefs Association, Chef Shukrat Sharipov, was invited to our faculty. Shukhrat Sharipov explained how to choose the best type of meat and the right cooking methods to achieve the best results, as well as which sauces to select for meat dishes. He also shared the secrets of preparing sauces such as 'Noazet,' 'Creamy,' and 'Dapanji.' During the lesson, students learned methods for preparing suitable side dishes for meat dishes and the secrets of decorating them. At the end of the lesson, the students had the opportunity to taste the prepared meat dishes."
