MASTER-CLASS: BAR AND MIXOLOGY. 21/10/2024
On October 21, 2024 under the organization of the teacher of the Department of Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts Dinara Isakova in the framework of the course GMS-329 “Bar and Mixology” an open class on “New trends in mixology” was held. Eldar Piranov, the bartender of the bar “Hills”, was invited to the master class and demonstrated and told about the subtleties of mixology. The workshop was very interesting and lively thanks to the students' engaging questions. The students learned new methods of cocktail making and improved their skills.
