Meeting with the Executive Chef Eyup Kemal Sevinch


On 26th February students and faculty members of our department had the opportunity to meet with a representative of the global culinary industry — Executive Chef Eyup Kemal Sevich from Turkey.

During his visit, our guest shared his success story with the students. Chef Eyup Kemal Sevinch spoke about his path to the profession, how his career began, and the challenges he had to overcome. Special attention was given to practical advice for future specialists in the Food & Beverage industry.

The meeting took place in a warm and motivating atmosphere. Students have not only learned about the nuances of the profession but also had the chance to ask the guest interested questions, gaining a boost of inspiration for their own professional development.

The event concluded with a practical masterclass. In the faculty's laboratory, the chef demonstrated cooking techniques for students and teachers, allowing future professionals to witness a high level of expertise and learn from an acknowledged master.

Such events are an integral part of the educational process at our faculty. Our students have the opportunity not just to listen to lectures, but to communicate directly with masters, ask questions, and personally observe them at work during masterclasses.
