As it is known, all over the world there is beginning of understanding about fundamental importance of agriculture. The Agriculture is a material basis of ability to live for mankind since reproduces food production and the important sector for realization of the main tasks of our community . There is a growth of the population, especially in China and India, as well as in the numerous countries; there is a global climate change, the consequences of that amplify occurrence of natural cataclysms - a drought, earth flows and other factors; complex infectious diseases arise and extend; there is an increasing application for production of agriculture - application of biofuel and application of hydrogen in reception of energy - these factors conduct all in the big demand of production of plant production and complex infectious diseases also extend ing intensively there is an application of production for agriculture - application of biofuel and application of hydrogen in reception of energy - these factors conduct all in the big demand of production of plant and livestock production .

The department of agriculture is the "gold" between economic and social sectors. Now rural population has left sector of production for daily needs and demands and has turned to a powerful economic link where greater capitals are involved. On the one hand agriculture provide s with a labour, on the other hand the industrial locomotive of maintenance with agricultural raw material.

The department of agriculture is important and meaningful which provides the counterbalanced interrelation of the person with the nature, leaning on a profound knowledge and use of modern technologies. That the advanced knowledge and modern technologies in agriculture have found practical implementation in a community. I t is necessary to succeed in formation, research work, as well as their propagation in the form of publications.

At the department the educational, research and information actions connected by essential problems of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan. These actions are spent for the decision of meaningful problems at national and international levels. We wish implementation of competition and high-efficiency powerful sector of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan.

For achievement of this objective we are ready to cooperate with all branches – public associations, local self-managements, the production workers organized by communities and farmers.
