Erasmus+ and Mevlana

Our university has an agreement with universities in the Republic of Turkey through the Mevlana Program, which allows for exchange programs for students and faculty. Mevlana was specially created to encourage students and faculty to move between universities in Turkey and in other countries. The Council of Higher Education of the Turkish Republic finances the program. Faculty exchange programs range from two weeks to three months, with participants spending not less than 6 hours a week on academic matters. Students do not pay for tuition at their exchange university, though they do pay tuition at their home university, if there is any. Students can spend one or two semesters at Mevlana exchange programs, but not more than one academic year.
