Features of Cheese Production


On February 20, 2024, teachers of the Food Engineering Department of the Engineering Faculty of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Dr. Aigul Usubalieva and Dr. Aibek Bodoshov organized a training and practical lesson on "Features of Cheese Production". The event was attended by the head of the Food Engineering Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anarseit Deidiev, teachers of the said department, 1st-2nd-3rd-4th year students and teachers of other departments. Kyrgyzbaeva Zhibek Asanakunovna, chief specialist of At-Bashy Sut LLC, cheese making master, took part in the event and shared information on the production technologies of some types of cheese in a master format. The participants received answers to many questions about the features of cheese making. The students continued making cheese in the laboratory. At this practical event, students received theoretical information from a cheese-making master about how cheese is produced in production conditions, and also learned how it is made in practice. As a result, the participants tasted the finished cheese products and had a discussion. The event ended with the presentation of certificates and a group photo.
