Department of Painting

GOAL

The aim of the Painting Program is to satisfy the artistic needs of the society, to bring new individuals to the art world, to strengthen cultural ties, to encourage creativity, to make artistic and scientific contributions to national and universal culture and to educate artists.

Program Iformation

1. Maximum attention will be paid to the implementation of the courses in the programs in order to realize the goals and objectives, which will be developed through a five-year program..
2.  During the five-year education period, students will actively participate in all kinds of cultural and artistic activities, take part in personal exhibitions, conferences, panels and workshops, participate in national and international exhibitions and competitions, and participate in national and international biennials and competitions to expand our fields of activity by producing works in accordance with the Mission and Vision of Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University.
3. The Bachelor's degree is taught by 7 full-time faculty members, including 2 Professors, 3 Lecturers and 2 Academic Specialists. All faculty members continuously carry out joint scientific studies and artistic activities with their colleagues in their fields in Turkey and abroad, and participate in international scientific and artistic events. In our department, there are 3 faculty members who are experts in their fields, appointed for five years from reputable universities in Turkey. When necessary, faculty members from universities of the Kyrgyz Republic are also assigned to our department on a part-time and paid basis to conduct undergraduate program courses.
4. Our successful students have the opportunity to study free of charge in universities of many countries, especially in Turkey, with student exchange programs such as Erasmus, Mevlana, Farabi and Orhun, and to do internships with the support of our university.
5. The painting program is constantly updated according to scientific developments and innovations.
