11 March – 15 March, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmush of the Turkology Department visited the Karakalpak State University named after Berdak located in the capital city Nukus in Karakalpakstan.
At the department of Uzbek Language and Literature, Kazakh Language and Literature of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology the classes were conducted on History of the Turkish language, Literature of the Turkic World, and Kazakh Folklore. During a meeting with the rector of Karakalpak State University Akhmed Reymov Assoc.Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmus introduced our university.
March 14, 2024, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmus took part in the symposium “Current Issues of the Uzbek Language and Literature” organized by the Ajiniyaz Pedagogical Institute with the participation of many scientists from abroad with offline and online presentations.
March 15, 2024, at the program organized by the Rectorate there was a presentation of books by Assoc.Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmush “Linguistic and Stylistic Analysis of the Karakalpak Poet Ibraim Yusupov’s World”, “Karakalpak Folk Tales”, “Selected Stories of the Karakalpak Writer Kenesbai Allambergenov (review-text-translation)”.
The book presentation ceremony was attended by the university teachers, students, guests and representatives of the mass media. Assoc.Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmuş was awarded with a Letter of Gratitude from the university administration; besides Assoc.Prof. Dr. Erdal Aydogmus gave an interview to local television introducing our university.
