Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Asylbek Kulmyrzayev, who successfully served Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University for many years, made great contributions to the development of the University and contributed a lot to the opening of the Faculty of Medicine, completed his duty.

A handover ceremony was held today with the participation of Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Imanaliev and Deputy Minister Rasul Avazbek uulu.

Baktygul Kalambekova, one of the successful bureaucrats of Kyrgyzstan, was appointed as the deputy rector.

Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan thanked Prof. Dr. Asylbek Kulmyrzayev for his outstanding service and said that he has carried out very valuable duties for Manas University, has accomplished very important works and that they will continue to work together at the University. Rector Ceylan also stated that the new Deputy Rector Baktygul Kalambekova will contribute a lot to Manas University with her experience and that they will be pleased to work with her.

Minister Imanaliev said that Asylbek Kulmyrzayev made a great contribution to the success of the University and thanked him for his services. Minister Imanaliev also presented Asylbek Kulmyrzayev with the medal of the University for his outstanding services.

Minister Imanaliev said that he has known the new Deputy Rector Baktıgül Kalambekova for 30 years and stated that she is a well-known ambassador of Kyrgyzstan and has served in Turkey for many years.

Asylbek Kulmyrzayev thanked the Board of Trustees and all the administrators who gave him the opportunity to carry out this honorable duty and said that he will continue to serve the University wholeheartedly and contribute to the development of the educational  institution.
