"Certificate Presentation Ceremony of Professional and Personal Development Training" was held at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.

Certificates were given to those who were successful in the Measurement and Evaluation Exam held at the end of the seminars organized by the General Secretariat at the ceremony.

At the ceremony held on March 16, 2023, General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oktay Özgül said, "All of the activities we carry out in accordance with the slogan “More Than Just a University” within the framework of the change and transformation program of our Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, which strengthen our institutional structure and carry our University to the future with more confidence. In 2023, our Manas University, which will continue on its way with new breakthroughs and reforms within the framework of the horizons drawn by our Rector, will continue to progress rapidly towards becoming a brand among innovative universities in Central Asia and the world."

With the series of seminars organized by the General Secretariat, it was aimed to ensure the orientation of the administrative staff to the academic structure and support their development processes. In this context, seminars were given to academic unit secretaries such as "Effectiveness and Efficiency", "Becoming a Manager", "Effective Communication Skills", "Stress Management", "Crisis Management", "Corporate Culture", "Time Management", "Problem Solving Techniques", "Adaptability and Flexibility Skills"

On the other hand, the program also provided information on the use of the "Calendar of Events" software on the University website developed by the Department of Information Technologies. Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan, Senior Advisor to the Rector and Director of the High School of Foreign Languages, and the IT Department gave a seminar on the use of the "Calendar of Events" software.
