Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan held an evaluation meeting with the administrative staff at the Congress and Culture Center on May 30, 2023. Meeting began with the new university introduction video, which was about administrative affairs, changes, and innovations. Immediately after the introduction video, the documentary "For My Child" by TRT Documentary, about the realization of Toktobubu's dream of studying at university, was presented to our administrative staff. The documentary film, which was watched by more than 500 staff, was highly appreciated. After the documentary film, our General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oktay Ozgul shared with the participants the radical changes and innovations in our university. Stating that all university staff work devotedly, Oktay Ozgul added that as a result of these efforts, our university has reached much better results. Our General Secretary ended his speech with his presentation, which attracted interest from participants.  

Our Rector, who started his speech with the words “I am grateful to all of you for the work you have done since the first day I officially took office”. Also Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan stated that as a university, they continue on their way with the understanding that everyone is valuable. Stating that they visited each faculty throughout the year and created a list of needs and did their all to fulfill these needs. Our Rector then listened to the staff's wishes and suggestions. He ended his speech by answering various questions for him.

At the end of the evaluation meeting, various treats were served to our administrative staff. Our institution will reach a much better position in a shorter period of time under our Rector's leadership.
