Rector Alpaslan Ceylan Attended the TURKSOY Permanent Council Meeting
Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and General Secretary of the Manas University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oktay Ozgul attended the “Permanent Council of TURKSOY” which was held in Ankara on 2-3 September 2023.
At the meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan stated that Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University supports all activities of TURKSOY and expressed his satisfaction to cooperate with such well-established institutions as TURKSOY. Sultan Raev, General Secretary of TURKSOY, praised the contribution of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University to Turkic Higher Education. The meeting ended with the planning of TURKSOY's future activities, joint institutional work, commemoration years, and programs.
