“Math Problem of the Month” Competition
Manas University's Faculty of Science recently honored the winners of this month's “Mathematical Problem of the Month” competition. The award ceremony attended by faculty members and students, featured congratulations from Manas University's Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan who also presented the awards to the accomplished participants.
Among the winners were Akylai Ermatova, a 3rd-year student from the Department of Mathematics and Abdullaev Bahtiyor, a 1st-year student from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Both students were recognized for their outstanding problem-solving abilities and exemplary performance in solving the challenging questions of the competition.
This monthly competition serves as a platform to encourage healthy competition among students and to facilitate the development of their mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills.
