Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan Receives the “Best Rector of the Year” Award
Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan was honored as the “Best Rector of the Year” at the prestigious “Best of the Year” award ceremony, organized to mark the 100th anniversary of the Kyrgyz Tuusu newspaper.
Prof. Dr. Ceylan received this esteemed recognition for his visionary leadership in education, significant contributions to academic research, and successful efforts to strengthen the bonds of friendship between Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan. In acknowledgment of his achievements, he was awarded a medal of honor and a diploma of achievement by the Kyrgyz Tuusu newspaper.
