FRIDAY CONVERSATIONS AT THE OPEN TRIBUNE

"Friday Conversations at the Open Tribune" started at KTMU Faculty of Theology. Dean of our Faculty Prof. Dr. Kemal Polat was the first quest of the program. His conversation titled “About Life and Success”, attracted great attention of students and Research Assistants and was listened to with great interest. The conversation, which was open to everyone; from the preparatory course to graduate students and academicians, became more productive with the questions and comments of the students.

Giving examples from his own life, Polat said that life begins not after forty, but after awareness, that four-fifths of knowledge is interest; that the theologians are considered the spiritual doctors of the country they live in, that the most important process that must be completed with honor is life, that we must start with ourselves to change and develop, the importance of choosing a friend and friend well, the need to match goals and opportunities, the need to always look at the glass from the full side and think positively, the difficulties encountered.

Polat stated that, as the Dean's Office attaches great importance to these conversations and that it is open to all students of our University.

"Friday Conversations at the Open Tribune"  will be held every Friday from 14:30-15:30 in the Faculty of Theology.
