SEMINAR: RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN FORMAL EDUCATION SYSTEM (DR. NAZİF YILMAZ)
This week's guest of the online seminar organized by KTMU Faculty of Theology Dean's Office was the Deputy Minister of National Education of the Republic of Turkey Dr. Nazif YILMAZ. Prof. Dr. Recai DOĞAN was the moderator of the seminar on "Religious Education in Formal Education System." The seminar was held with the online participation of rector of the KTMU Prof. Dr. Alpaslan CEYLAN.
The seminar was held in a hybrid way: Dr. Nazif YILMAZ joined the meeting online, while students and teachers gathered in the amphitheater no. 209 of the Faculty of Theology on 17.05.2022. The lecturer gave very useful information to the students of our faculty about the place of religious education in formal education in Turkey. At the end of the program, which was followed with great interest, Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Kemal POLAT thanked Nazif YILMAZ for his presentation.
