KTMU FACULTY OF THEOLOGY STUDENTS' IMPRESSIONS ABOUT 2022 SUMMER COURSE IN TURKEY
Our students who went to the summer course in Turkey told about their impressions. The program took place on 26.09.2022 at the Faculty of Theology Abu Hanifa lecture theater.
In the program, students, who took part in the Summer Course 2022 started their speech by thanking Dean of KTMU Faculty of Theology Kemal Polat.
In the program, the students talked about the lectures, conferences they attended in Turkey and their cultural trips to Ankara, Konya, Bursa, Chanakkale and Istanbul. They said that they saw architectural and cultural works of both Seljuk and Ottoman periods during the trips and were impressed by those magnificent works. They also stated that they were very emotional during the Chanakkale tour and that they realized the importance of defending the homeland. They emphasized that students from Kazakhstan also participated in the course and that they had good friendships and experiences by getting together with them. They stated that this program was very beneficial and productive for the students and they wanted this project to be continued. All students who participated in the summer course after the program thanked the hospitable Turkish people, the Republic of Turkey and its institutions. They especially expressed their gratitude to the General Directorate of Religious Education, the Silk Road Foundation and the High School Directorates where they stayed.
