Children with Special Education Needs “Model of Turkey” (Kürşat Dulkadir)
On November 4, 2022, the Educational Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Kürşat DULKADİR, gave the seminar on "Children with Special Education Needs: Model of Turkey." In his speech, he described children with special education needs. He talked about the historical process of the special education in Turkey. He mentioned that especially in the last 15-20 years laws were prepared under the Ministry of National Education and that various textbooks, listening books and necessary materials were issued for both students and their parents within the framework of special education in Turkish Republic. Dulkadir also told that he had been taking part in these projects for about 15 years and also talked about his experiences with parents who need special education. He stated that these important projects can also be realized in Kyrgyzstan. According to Dulkadir, the model of Turkey can be good model for Kyrgyzstan also he said that logistic support in this regard can be provided . At the end of the speech he answered the questions of the attendees.
At the end of the seminar, the dean of KTMU Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Kemal POLAT thanked Kürşat DULKADİR for his presentation and presented a certificate of appreciation.
