Courtesy Visit from Kastamonu University Rector Prof. Dr. Topal to KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Ceylan
Rector of Kastamonu University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal along with his delegation, paid a courtesy visit to KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan.
During the meeting, issues related to enhancing academic cooperation between the two universities were discussed. In this context, views were exchanged on increasing student and academic staff exchange programs, as well as conducting joint scientific research.
Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan emphasized the high quality of education at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and highlighted the institution’s mission for the Turkic World. He stated that Manas University serves as a significant center that brings together the shared values, cultural heritage, and scientific productivity of the Turkic World, adding: “In this respect, Manas University builds a strong bridge of goodwill and knowledge between countries.”
Following the meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan met with Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal and his delegation, as well as international students studying at Manas University, at the Multi-Functional Hall of the KTMU Social Facilities Building.
