Employees of Supara Ethno restaurant in Bishkek undergo practical training


Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University (KTMU) Tourism and Hotel Management School faculty members, operating in Bishkek, "Supari the Ethno restaurant" employees were given training in practice.

The training was held on 24 March 2016 at Supara Etno Restaurant within the framework of joint projects with the business world. In this context, the participants, Director of the School of Tourism and Hotel Assoc. Dr. Barış Erdem, Lecturer See. Nadira Turganbayeva and Lect. See. Gülmira Samatova gave a practical training seminar on human relations in tourism, service techniques and kitchen standards.

Speaking at the opening of this training activity, the Rector of KTMU. Dr. Sebahattin Balcı; He said that serving the society and developing cooperation with the business world are among the important missions of KTMÜ. Stating that the School of Tourism and Hotel Management has realized many projects within the framework of this mission, Rector Prof.Dr. Dr. Balcı said that Supara is one of the important entrepreneurship examples reflecting the traditional culture of Kyrgyzstan.

Supara Etno Restaurant General Manager Nazgul Turganbayeva said that the relationship between universities and the business world creates benefits for both sides. Continuing his speech, Turganbaeva touched upon the contributions of KTMÜ to Kyrgyzstan and thanked the School of Tourism and Hotel Management for the achievement of this training.
