A trip to the "Supara" ethno-complex was organized on October 13-14, 2025, for 1st-year students and 3rd-year students (within the scope of the Kyrgyz Cuisine course) of the Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. During the trip, students were given detailed information about the life, vision, and contributions to Kyrgyz national values of the late Tabyldy Egemberdiev, the founder and creator of the "Shoro" company, as well as the "Supara" and "Supara-Chungurchak" ethno-complexes. They gained practical knowledge about the traditional cooking methods, use of local ingredients, and presentation of national dishes used in "Supara's" kitchens. The complexes created by Tabyldy Egemberdiev were examined as successful business models in cultural tourism, demonstrating brand creation, sustainability, and the combination of customer experience with traditional values. This trip not only reinforced the students' academic knowledge but also increased their awareness of the rich cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan and the efforts to preserve this heritage.
