On November 20, 2025, the teaching staff of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts visited one of the KFC enterprises in Kyrgyzstan by company invitation to gain a detailed understanding of the internal operational processes. This visit represents an important step aimed at strengthening the bridge between education and practical activity.
The management of KFC, a global quick-service restaurant network, provided the faculty members with comprehensive information about the restaurant's internal logistics, quality control systems, and high hygiene standards.
The faculty members observed KFC's operating principles, including international standards in food preparation, storage, and service. Emphasis was placed on effective management in international chains, staff training, and processes focused on quick customer service.
The main objective of the visit was to establish long-term cooperation between the Department and KFC. KFC recognized the Department as a leading educational institution in this field and expressed interest in employing graduates.
Plans were discussed for organizing production internships for students in the future, as well as the permanent employment of the best graduates with opportunities for professional growth in accordance with KFC's international standards.
