OUR SERVICE APPROACH

In line with the quality goals of Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, our basic principle as the Student Affairs Department is to contribute to the University's education and management processes with a student-focused approach in all tasks and transactions within the scope of our Presidency's duties, authority and responsibility; and to provide fast, transparent and quality service to our students.

OUR QUALITY GOALS

The quality goals we have determined as the Student Affairs Department aim to ensure continuous improvement and student satisfaction. These goals aim to carry out student affairs in the most efficient way, in line with the general quality policies of our university. The basic elements of our quality goals are as follows:

Fast and Efficient Service

To provide timely and accurate service to students and academic units,

To conclude student affairs-related transactions in the shortest time and without errors.

Accessibility

To ensure that students, academic staff and relevant units can easily reach the Student Affairs Department physically and electronically for transactions and transactions related to our department.

Feedback and Improvement

To continuously improve and develop the services provided in line with the feedback of our students and academic units.

Digitalization

To provide fast, secure and effective services in a digital environment by using the most up-to-date information technologies for student transactions and academic processes.

Measurability

To ensure that the work and transactions carried out and the documents produced in the Student Affairs Department are measurable, auditable and accessible; to report the data.

Education and Development

To provide in-service training to ensure the continuous development of our personnel working in the Student Affairs Department.
