Our department specializes in providing services to guests invited to participate in various socio-cultural and educational events, as well as to university employees and their relatives.
Tasks and functions of the department
- Execution of decisions of the Commission on the allocation of office living quarters;
- Assistance in solving problems of employees living in the office premises of the university;
- Providing assistance to guests living in the guest living quarters of the university;
- Taking measures to eliminate possible breakdowns, malfunctions and other problems arising in the guest and service living quarters.
Service living quarters
In 2000, a 24-apartment complex was accepted into operation of the university, and at the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year - a 61-apartment building, in which apartments of various sizes and layouts are located (1 + 1, 2 + 1, 2 + 1 (duplex) , 3 + 1 and 3 + 1 (duplex), designed for safe and comfortable living of the university staff. In addition, 4 apartments in a 9-storey building are also used as office living quarters. The total number of university apartments exceeds 81 units.
for the provision of office accommodation
University staff who need to be provided with office accommodation must fill out an application form and send it to the Commission on the Provision of Office Accommodation. The decisions of the Commission on the provision of office accommodation are published on the university website and sent to the structural unit of the university in which the author of the application is employed.
Guest living quarters
The number of guest living quarters owned by the university is 8 apartments. All guest accommodations feature satellite TVs,24/7 hot water and wireless internet.
In addition, our guests can also use the services of canteens, buffets, cafeterias and other services provided to students and university staff.
Application for the provision of guest accommodation
To be able to stay in the guest living quarters of the university, you must fill out an application form and obtain permission from the rector or secretary general.
