About

The rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world contributes to the artistic education available at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and makes the Faculty of Fine Arts an ideal place to study. This is why our Faculty is dedicated to educating the next generation of artists who are able to meet the demands of modern culture and the countries they live in to create masterworks.

Our conception is that Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University will become a center where people can study the traditions of Turkic peoples and share their knowledge and masterpieces while also educating the next generation of artists, developing culture and the arts, and becoming a new school of artists.

The Faculty of Fine Arts was founded by the Senate in 2007, and accepted its first students at the Departments of Painting and Graphic Design in 2009. In 2015, the Departments of Music and Theater were opened and started accepting students.
