STUDENT VISITED THE HOUSE-MUSEUM OF CHYNGYZ AITMATOV
On March 14, 2022, students of the TKI group - the 3rd year students, of the Kyrgyz-English program from the Simultaneous Translation Department, together with the curator Associate Professor Mambayeva S.K., visited the house-museum of Chyngyz Aitmatov, which is located on the territory of the residence of the Kyrgyz Republic’s President in the suburb of Bishkek.
This museum stores everything related to the creative and social activities of the great writer. A huge number of awards for his books and his work as an ambassador indicate that Chyngyz Torekulovich did not only write excellent books, but also actively participated in the life of our republic, organizing meetings with international, public and world figures. The photographs in the museum fully reflect the entire spectrum of Aitmatov's life. The students were very interested in the visiting of this museum and were very pleased and impressed by the exposition of it.
