Universiade 2023 Closing Ceremony was held at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.

The ceremony was held in the Indoor Sports Hall on April 28, 2023, with the participation of the Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Aibek Abdymomunov, Director of the Methodological Center for Physical Education, Sports and Culture of the Ministry of Education and Science K. Isaev, Rector of the T. Turusbekov Academy of Physical Education and Sports S. Azizbaev, General Secretary of the Federation of Student Sports  K. Usupbekov, and Deputy Rector of KTMU Dr. Baktygul Kalambekova.

Athletes who won competitions organized among Kyrgyz higher education institutions were honored at the ceremony.

Manas University also succeeded and was ranked 4th in the general team classification. The men's basketball, table tennis, and football teams won gold medals, and the women's basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and judo teams won silver medals. In addition, the women's wrestling team and the men's “toguz corgool” team won bronze medals.
