Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University`s Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan visited Deputy Aibek Osmonov at Parliament.

Deputy Aibek Osmonov said that he closely follows Manas University, which provides high-quality services to Kyrgyzstan in every field, educates Kyrgyz youth in the most effective way, and carries Kyrgyzstan to the international level in science with its outstanding achievements. In addition, he said he was very pleased with the Rector's visit.

Stating that Manas University has achieved great success especially in recent years, deputy Aibek Osmonov emphasized that the University has thus created a difference and awareness worthy of its name. Also he stated that Manas University achievements have become a topic in parliamentary sessions. Deputy Aibek Osmonov said that just like Manas University, which provides free and high-quality education, serves Kyrgyzstan; every citizen, institution and organization of Kyrgyzstan should serve Manas University by supporting its activities.

Deputy Aibek Osmonov said that every issue related to brotherly Turkey interests him, that he watches Turkish TV series with interest, that the brotherhood and friendship of Turkey, which is one of the most powerful countries in the world, is very important for them. In addition, he stated that Manas University provides a great service in terms of developing relations between the two countries, and that they find it very valuable that the Rector of an institution such as Manas is a valuable scientist who has served the region for 30 years, knows Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz people and the Turkic World very well, and conducts research in this field. Deputy Aibek Osmonov presented Rector Alpaslan Ceylan with a Kyrgyz “chapan” and “kalpak” for his services to the Turkic World.

Rector Alpaslan Ceylan thanked deputy Aibek Osmonov for his opinion about Manas University. Also Rector Alpaslan Ceylan congratulated Aibek Osmonov for his successful work in the Parliament and said that Aibek Osmonov is not only a deputy, but also a businessman who makes a great contribution to the Kyrgyz economy by employing 50 thousand people, and inspires young entrepreneurs in this aspect.

Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan said that the support of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, Speaker of the Parliament Nurlanbek Shakiev and all statesmen to the University is a pride and stated that Manas University carries out activities with a great sense of responsibility given by this trust.

At the end of the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and Deputy Aibek Osmonov agreed that increasing cooperation between the Kyrgyz Parliament and the University would greatly benefit Kyrgyzstan.
