International Hospitality Industry Introduced to Manas University Students
On October 17, 2023, the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University organized a seminar at the Congress and Culture Centre. The guest speaker for the seminar was Conrad Geske, the General Manager of Orion Hotel. During the event, Conrad Geske delivered an important presentation to the students of the Faculty of Tourism titled “International Hotel Management Activities.”
In his address to the students, Conrad Geske stated, “Seize the wonderful opportunities available around the world! The knowledge and experience you acquire will undoubtedly benefit you in the future and open doors to success.” He also shared his insights on the priorities and expectations within the hospitality sector.
The seminar featured discussions on the experiences gained in leading countries worldwide and the successes achieved in the international hotel industry, which garnered significant interest. Conrad Geske sincerely answered the participants' questions. At the conclusion of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Yasin Boylu, the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, presented Conrad Geske with a certificate of appreciation for sharing his valuable insights.
