The Exhibition Titled “Sultan of Turkish Cinema Türkan Şoray” Was Opened by the Famous Turkish Actress Türkan Şoray
On November 18, 2023, the exhibition “Sultan of the Turkish Cinema Türkan Şoray in Posters” was opened by the Turkish actress Türkan Şoray at the Kurmancan Datka Art Gallery of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
Altynbek Maksutov, the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan, Dr. Serdar Çam, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, Ahmet Sadyk Dogan, the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye in Bishkek, Serkan Bayram, AK Party Istanbul Deputy, Türkan Şoray, the Sultan of the Turkish Cinema, as well as directors and actors, attended the opening of the exhibition, which was organized by the Faculty of Communication of Manas University.
Türkan Şoray expressed her happiness during the exhibition visit, which showcased posters from the movies in which she has played. She was presented with a red scarf in front of the poster of the movie “The Girl with the Red Scarf”.
Following the exhibition opening, a program was held at Manas University's Congress and Culture Center.
