Seminar on “Learn to Learn” Attracted Great Interest at Manas University
On November 22, 2023, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the “Personal Development” student club at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, the seminar was organized by the Manas University`s Student Council. The event featured the presence of Gulsara Madaminova, an English teacher and the author of the books “Learn to Learn” and “Letter to My Daughter”, who is also an alumna of Manas University.
During the seminar, Gulsara Madaminova underscored the significance of adopting a learning approach based on the textbook “Mental Work Culture” for both academics and students. The speaker, having graduated from Manas University captivated the participants by interactive experiences through applied games and addressing their questions.
Towards the conclusion of the seminar, the “Best Reader of the Year” competition winners were announced and awards were bestowed upon the deserving recipients. The event generated significant enthusiasm among the students, fostering increased interest in personal development.
