Conference on Energy Investments and Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan: Assessments and New Goals
On December 5, 2023, the assessment meeting of the “Conference on Energy Investments and Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan in the 32nd Year of Independence” took place at the Hyatt Regency. The meeting attended by state officials, bureaucrats and sector representatives. KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan highlighting the significance of such conferences fostering unity and solidarity among member countries of the Organization of Turkic States, particularly in the field of energy.
Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan underscored that the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye marks a century for the Turkic States. He remarked, “In this century, the Turkic World will strengthen through initiatives led by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Organization of Turkic States. Our unity and solidarity will extend to every aspect, bringing the much-needed peace and tranquility.”
Addressing the audience, Rector Ceylan emphasized the Manas family's role as a golden bridge connecting all Turkic Republics. He called upon engineers to undertake significant work in the Turkic geography, stating, “As the Manas family, we are a golden bridge reaching out to all Turkic Republics. As engineers, you have a crucial role in this geography. Every project you undertake will hoist the flag of the Turkic states and the Republic of Turkey high.” He stressed that engineers' projects hold international importance.
Expressing his belief in the growing strength of the Turkic World through unity, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan noted that such conferences play a pivotal role in increasing solidarity among Turkic states. In conclusion, Rector Ceylan emphasized the historical significance of the conference, stating that it became the occasion for a historical meeting. He highlighted that the Turkic World, focusing on common goals, discussed crucial collaborations and investments, particularly in the energy sector. Rector Ceylan expressed optimism that these promising steps will contribute to the future peace and tranquility of the Turkic World.
