“Typography” Exhibition at KTMU
On May 14, 2024, the exhibition titled “Typography” was organized by Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's Faculty of Fine Arts. The event took place at the Kurmancan Datka Art Gallery of Manas University. At the event remarkable works by Instr. Dr. Umit Dikmen were exhibited.
Vice Rector of Manas University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Chagatai Akengin, faculty members, and students showed great interest in the exhibition.
Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov said, “The works exhibited today are truly the products of great effort. I would like to thank the Faculty of Fine Arts for the exhibitions it has organized so far and for those it will organize in the future.” He also emphasized that the Faculty of Fine Arts not only provides theoretical knowledge but also contributes to the training of individuals who are experts in their field. Instr. Dr. Umit Dikmen informed the participants about the exhibited works and stated, “We utilized art movements to better elucidate the subjects.”
