Conference on “Islam and Morality” by the Ankara Mufti
On May 28, 2024, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University hosted an important conference on the theme of “Islam and Morality” at the Kasym Tynystanov Conference Hall.
Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov, Advisor to the Rector Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan, faculty members of the university, and many students attended the conference given by Mufti of Ankara, Dr. Hasan Çınar.
Dr. Hasan Çınar enriched the students knowledge on this subject by discussing the moral values of Islam. Students showed great interest in his speech and listened attentively throughout the conference.
Ankara Mufti Dr. Hasan Çınar explained the moral principles of Islam with examples and described the positive effects of religion on the individual and society. In his speech, Dr. Hasan Çınar stated that morality is a fundamental element that regulates human behavior and ensures social peace. He offered students tips on how to apply moral values in their lives through hadiths.
The conference was highly appreciated by the participants and contributed significantly to the moral development of the students by raising their awareness of their spiritual values. At the end of the conference, Mufti Dr. Hasan Çınar was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation and flowers.
