Manas University’s Entrance Examination

Thousands of youth from Kyrgyzstan who aspire to study at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, which holds four stars in the QS Stars International University Ratings, participated in the Manas University’s Student Selection and Placement Examination held on July 7, 2024. Manas University’s entrance exam, the first and only centralized exam in Kyrgyzstan, was held with significant participation this year.

In the first session held at 10:00 on July 7, 7,371 candidates participated, while 3,694 candidates attended the second session held at 14:30 on the same day. Prospective students, eager to enter the university of their dreams, arrived at the exam centers early in the morning, experiencing moments of excitement and stress as they competed with great enthusiasm.

The marathon started at 09:00 with the control of students exam entry documents and ID cards, continuing throughout the exam process. Students were warned not to bring any electronic devices or prohibited materials into the exam halls and were admitted to the exam centers after security checks.

Rector, Prof. Dr. Ceylan and Deputy Rector, Prof. Dr. Ibraev Provide Moral Support to Prospective Students

Manas University’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, and Deputy Rector, Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev, visited the exam venues to provide moral support to the prospective students. During the visit, Prof. Dr. Ceylan and Prof. Dr. Ibraev communicated with the students and wished them success, emphasizing their confidence in the youth.

We Have Full Confidence in Future Leaders

During the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan said: “We have full confidence in our youth, who will be the leaders of the future. As Manas University, we are ready to host them in the best way and support them in their educational journey.” He emphasized that raising youth with both spiritual and national values is one of the university's biggest goals. “As a bird cannot fly with only one wing, it is one of our most important duties to raise our youth not only academically but also by equipping them with spiritual values.”

Prof. Dr. Ceylan also spent time with the families waiting excitedly on campus, providing information about the exam process and alleviating their concerns. “Winning a place at Manas University depends entirely on the student's success. I have no doubt that every student who works hard will be rewarded for their efforts today.” He emphasized that the exam process is fair.

Deputy Rector, Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev said, “It is a great pleasure for us to be with and support our prospective students during this important period. We wish success to all of them.”

Being from Manas Has Become a Tradition

Manas University, one of the prestigious educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan, continues to attract attention with its national and international achievements.

“It is a great pride for us to follow in the footsteps of our Manas ancestors and to educate both our children and grandchildren at Manas University,” said their parents, praising the quality of education, the scientific competence of academics, and the campus facilities.

Manas University’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan extended his support to prospective students who were late for the exams. Just like last year, this year he gave his official car to candidates who had difficulties reaching the exam on time. This supportive gesture from the Manas University administration was welcomed by the prospective students and their families.
