An information-sharing meeting on the accreditation processes for the 2024-2025 academic year was held on December 3, 2024, in the Rectorate Conference Hall.
The meeting was attended by deans, directors, department heads, institute and faculty secretaries, and members of the Internal Audit Commission.
It was announced that during the 2024-2025 academic year, a total of 40 programs — comprising 29 undergraduate, 7 master’s, and 4 doctorate (PhD) programs — will be audited by an Independent Accreditation Agency due to the expiration of their accreditation certificates.
In his opening speech, Manas University’s Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan highlighted the importance of the accreditation process. He provided general information on the subject and expressed confidence that all those involved would ensure a successful outcome.
Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov delivered a detailed presentation on the stages of the accreditation process. Emphasizing the importance of preparation and effective process management, he underscored the need for precise execution of the tasks involved.
Prof. Dr. Karymshakov elaborated on critical points for program officers to consider when performing their duties. He also shared suggestions for maintaining and further enhancing the university’s quality standards. In conclusion, he underscored that the success of the accreditation process hinges on the coordinated efforts and diligence of all relevant units.
The meeting concluded with an interactive session during which participants questions were addressed.
