“Medal of TURKSOY” Awarded to Manas University’s Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan
On December 27, 2024, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University hosted a significant panel discussion titled “The Pioneer of Kyrgyz National Culture Kasym Tynystan uulu, and Repression in the Turkic World.”
As part of this special event, Manas University’s Deputy Rector, Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev, and Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan were honored by the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) with the prestigious “Medal of TURKSOY.” This recognition was awarded for their valuable contributions to the shared culture, civilization, and history of the Turkic World.
At the award ceremony, TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev presented the medals, honoring their commitment to Turkic culture and unity.
