On December 27, 2024, the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan visited several universities in Türkiye and signed significant cooperation protocols.

Prof. Dr. Ceylan’s first visit in Türkiye was to Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University, where he met with Rector Prof. Dr. Nuri Aydın. During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ceylan emphasized the importance of collaboration between the two institutions. As a result, a cooperation protocol was signed between KTMU and Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University.

The second visit was to Yıldız Technical University, where Prof. Dr. Ceylan met with Rector Prof. Dr. Eyüp Debik. The discussions focused on academic partnerships and collaboration opportunities between the two institutions. A cooperation protocol was signed between KTMU and Yıldız Technical University with the participation of both rectors.

These visits laid the groundwork for cooperation in various fields, including joint research projects, seminars, and academic staff and student exchanges. They hold significant value, both scientifically and culturally.

This initiative is a key element of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's international academic cooperation strategy and is expected to greatly enhance the university's development. The collaborations are anticipated to not only strengthen scientific ties but also foster cultural and social interactions, creating a strong bridge between the institutions.
