On December 25, 2024, an award ceremony was held to honor the winners of the “Best of the Year” competition, organized in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Kyrgyz Tuusu newspaper.

The event was attended by Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University's Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan, who proudly represented our university, alongside numerous representatives from the fields of education, politics, culture, and media.

At the ceremony, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, recognized as a leading institution in education, was nominated for the prestigious “Kyrgyz Brand” award in recognition of its contributions to the country's spiritual, cultural, and human development, as well as its achievements in education.

In an interview with the Kyrgyz Tuusu newspaper, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Recai Doğan highlighted the university's crucial role in promoting brotherhood and friendship between Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye.

Prof. Dr. Doğan stated, “These friendships have led to significant progress in the field of education. Today, Manas University fulfills a vital role in building bridges of friendship not only between Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye, but also among the countries of the Turkic World. The presentation of this award by the Kyrgyz Tuusu newspaper further enhances its value and significance.”

He concluded by affirming that Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University will continue to serve Kyrgyzstan and the Turkic World with the same dedication and commitment.

Once again, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University has proven itself to be the shining star of Central Asia, further solidifying its pioneering role in the fields of education and culture with this meaningful recognition.
