2025 Internal Audit Opening Meeting Held at KTMU
On 9 December 2025, the 2025 Internal Audit Opening Meeting was held at the KTMU Rectorate Conference Hall within the scope of the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
The meeting was attended by KTMU Secretary-General and Quality Management Representative Dr. Fatih Ramazan İstanbullugil, Chairman of the Quality Executive Committee Prof. Dr. Kadir Ardıç, University Quality Ambassadors, and quality representatives from the relevant departments.
Chairman of the Quality Executive Committee Prof. Dr. Kadir Ardıç delivered the opening speech, drawing attention to the internal audit process and its importance. Prof. Dr. Ardıç emphasized that the process would be carried out effectively and with discipline, stating: “Quality efforts have continued for many years at our university. We must conduct our work meticulously and with dedication.”
The University’s Quality Management Representative Dr. Fatih Ramazan İstanbullugil thanked all contributors to the university’s quality journey and said: “Last year we completed our quality activities with zero errors. This year, we also aim to sustain our success with the training being provided here. I would like to thank everyone who contributes to this process.”
At the meeting, the provider of the training Dr. Cahit Atlı delivered detailed information about the importance of internal audits, audit criteria, the audit team, the concept of objective evidence, audit findings, and the personal characteristics required of internal audit staff.
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University implements the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in line with its goals of excellence in education and institutional activities. The University has adopted this system not only as a requirement but also as a fundamental structure that supports institutional development. The Internal Audit Opening Meeting will continue for two days.
